Refund & Return Policy

At Shadows Plate, we aim to provide clarity and fairness regarding returns and refunds. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

  1. Return Eligibility (General Policy) Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. To qualify for a return: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging The warranty seal must be fully intact The return request must be approved by Shadows Plate prior to shipping Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  2. Approved Returns & Restocking Fees If a return request is approved: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund Any original shipping cost paid by Shadows Plate (including “free shipping” offers) will be deducted from the refund Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected Shadows Plate reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet policy requirements.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items If an item arrives damaged or contains a verified manufacturing defect, the customer may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify: The issue must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be provided The warranty seal must remain intact If approved, Shadows Plate will offer one of the following resolutions: A replacement item (if available), or A refund processed according to the circumstances of the claim Items with removed or tampered warranty seals are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  4. Exchanges Exchanges are offered only for verified manufacturing defects and are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, Shadows Plate may issue store credit of equal value at its discretion.

  5. Sale Items Products purchased at a discounted price, during promotions, or marked as sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or in the case of verified damage or defect upon arrival.

  6. Shipping, Handling & Cancellations Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day During peak periods, handling times may extend up to seven (7) business days Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled Shadows Plate is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times

  7. Customs, Duties & Returned Shipments All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund If an item is returned to Shadows Plate, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any additional shipping required to resend the item

  8. Final Agreement By placing an order with Shadows Plate, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy. If the customer does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with their purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
